Hello, friend! Hope you are having a nice weekend. If not, here’s a wholesome cookie recipe that could turn a blah weekend into a less blah one. Tada, check out this banana, chocolate, and oatmeal cookies! These cookies would taste great eaten with your favorite nut milk. I LOVE almond milk.
Sidenote, I know it’s no longer the holiday season and I am very much living in the new year, but I have to admit that I do miss the cheesy Christmas marathon specials that I used to watch or put on as background noise while I was lounging on the couch perusing the web or while I was in the kitchen cooking. Did you do that? No, just me? 😛 I partially blame it on the cold weather. It is making me feel like it’s still Christmas.
I would like to get into a new tv series and just binge-watch it. I love binge-watching tv series on Netflix and I have not done that in a while. I think the last thing I binge-watched was a tv series called “Mr. Robot,” a really good drama series by the way! I am open to your suggestions. 🙂
Tip: For natural sweetness, using really ripe bananas will work perfectly in this recipe.
Back to these cookies…you should try them out! It’s easy to make and requires only five ingredients. Easy peasy. Now excuse me while I decide on something to binge-watch and stuff my face with these cookies. 😉
Have a great day!
Deborah. ❤
