care to get b12, and vit k2. choline, niacin and thiamin. Tough as a vegan unless you go out of your way to eat certain foods like sunflower seeds, Cups of brocolli, and natto/ supplements. I eat chicken, eggs, and fish. I'm certain I don't waste that much water etc compared to a vegan everyday... Do you eat polinated foods? Are almonds vegan?

Thanks! Yes I've God plenty of seeds and do like broccoli. Also take a multivitamin now and again.
The water thing seems quite a lot, but I presume how much water animals use on farms, etc?
Pollinated foods, I presume so - haven't thought about that, and yes I think almonds are vegan?!
I think they should be considered vegan though some do not because bees help produce them. To avoid a food for such a reason seems silly. Though I'm a consciencious omnivore. I know that beef-eaters use alot of water and grain, chicken not so much though conditions of raising can be quite horrendous. I highly recommend pumpkin, and watermelon seeds if you can get your hands on them.
Yes i don't think i'll ever be that extreme.
Big fan of pumpkin seeds, they are on my salad most days, thanks!
