... and seventh day taking probiotics.
Inflammation continues to go down.
I can't say that I'm feeling invigorated and full of energy, but that's most likely a product of menstruation.
There's still much healing to be done, but every day I'm seeing vast improvements.
I can say that I haven't had any more migraines, and that the spot of eczema I have on my hand is starting to look much less angry. Other areas where I typically sprout eczema are all calm and I no longer feel them. I'm still oversleeping quite often, but again... there is no real way to avoid the symptoms of menstruation- short of medication... but I don't need all that. I felt much better after a cup of coffee. I am trying to avoid too much processed stuff, but I bought myself an almond milk creamer.
That can be my one cheat.
I will never give up my milky coffee.
The creamer aside, I typically only have a cup of coffee every few days now that I'm eating vegan, since I tend to feel well enough to function without it.
a fan of crypt0 will always be a fan of ellemarie
Aww that's sweet thanks
Before you go to far I highly recommend this book by a long time vegan... https://www.amazon.com/Vegetarian-Myth-Food-Justice-Sustainability/dp/1604860804
Even if you don't agree or understand everything it says it should be food for thought. As my mother always said "All things in moderation".
go on :)
Awesome! Implementing positive habits one day at a time. 💪
the best way to do it.
How many grams of sugar were in the creamer?
Zero. I don't like sugar in my coffee.
Wonderful stuff, thanks for sharing your journey into veganism with the community :-) The personal examples of the changes as they happen are definitely the best tools for helping more people make the decision to start taking care of themselves. Following you so I can keep up with your story.
Thank you very much!
Looking good girl! :) So glad you're feeling better too, hope to see you real soon!
Being vegan has opened my eyes to the strange behaviors of the rest of the world 👁👁
Loved this post
Thank you!
Please visit my blog sometime .. if you can 🙊
Thanks
Absolutely!
I am alergic to milk and i hate eggs, so I am almost vegan too :D
lol almost. cheese is the hardest to give up.
Yessss!!! This is inspiring!! <3 I find it hard to drink coffee without cows milk. Does creaming the almond milk make it better? I do like coconut cream though.
Probiotics are very good for cleaning our guts :) 👏👏👏🔆🔆🔆
Brilliant!!! Resolution and discipline always wins my heart. Since I am a lazy ass and I always need to motivation. Wish you good Luck in your endeavor. Cheers!!!
You're doing great! Keep up the dedication and it will pay off. I look forward to reading about your journey. I was vegan for about 3 years.
Stay on track! The body needs some time to accept your new diet, it costs energy like you are experiencing now. I changed my diet and now, after some weeks, I have more energy!
Great job @ellemarieisme, i just began a vegan and I love it!
How exciting! We're at the same point on the path. How have you felt so far? Any changes?
Being slim body is a big dream to all woman.. They tried many tips and sport to reach that dream come true.. Event through they have to stop eating such as chocolates and others kind of food they will do..
But remember my dear @ellemarieisme.. You have to give your body right to get good food with fully ellemet and vitamin.. 😊
I'm not on a diet to lose weight. I switched to eating vegan foods because they are packed with vitamin and nutrition, and they don't fill me up as much so I can EAT MORE. I'm not excited that my pants are loose simply because it means I am looking thinner. I am excited that my body is no longer so inflamed that it feels like my flesh is being torn apart. I'm happy that I am no longer in pain.
That assumption you made was based off of a very broad generalization about the entire population of women. That's a lot of people to have grouped together into one neat box.
Thank you for your concern, I think.
Yeah my dear..
you are right..
@ellemariesme
Anyways.. To keep live in healthy is so difficult, cause there is many junfood service with full Colorie's.
Yes, increase your vibration! Good luck! :-)
Thank you!
You are looking hot. Look into getting some nutritional yeast to ensure you get vitamin B12.
I have some. I sprinkle it on EVERYTHING. lol I love it. I'm a hardcore cheeseaholic... Oh wait, RECOVERING cheeseaholic. Anywho, nutritional yeast tastes a lot like my precious.
Well I guess you're not the only one who's into that yeast stuff Lol - I'll have to try it next time!
great job,keep it going.
Thanks, will do!
wowww looking so sexy
