I took the liberty to make a dessert before eating my actual lunch.
(Grown-up advantage 😉)
It's a vegan milkshake - I don't have an actual recipe, but this is what I dealt with:
- 2 bananas
- 1 date
- a little bit of peanutbutter
- some ricemilk
- A little bit vanilla (extract and powder - Use whatever works for you - I used both)
Then I just blended the whole thing together, pour it into a glass and decorated with a strawberry and a chunk of vegan chocolate .. Yea the chunk didn't float very well so it sunk to the bottom very quickly ( that's why it's not there on the second picture)
