Okay, questions for you, vegan sushi has no fish of any kind is that right? Also I've used and enjoy soy sauce, but have never heard of hoisin sauce before, what is it and what does it taste like? Is the hoisin sauce the stuff that looks like parmesan cheese on the left rolls?

Hey! Happy New Year to you also! Yes, vegan is no animal or animal by product( milk, butter, cheese etc). Hoisin sauce is a thick, dark, and sweet sauce.....amazing. The sprinkled on stuff is actually chopped up habenaro bbq almonds! It was amazing.
I have to admit that vegan sushi would be the only sushi my handsome husband and I would ever try as I'm allergic to fish and he doesn't like fish at all, maybe someday we'll meet in person and you and your lovely wife can introduce us to vegan sushi. :D
