Wazzup hive buddies, check out these burgers that I made from quinoa and mushroom
First some onions
Then chopped mushrooms
Chopped garlic
A pinch of turmeric, nutmeg, black pepper, smoked paprika, ground coriander and mixed herbs with a teaspoon of yeast extract
Then a little water and simmer. Then in the blender I put some quinoa
Then the mushrooms
One cooked potato
And put some of the mixture into a bowl with crumbs and oats flour
Then form into burgers and leave in fridge to set
And fry in a pan
And make some burgers
