I was gluten free vegan for awhile, with a raw food phases also, incredible eye openers indeed, I am a nutritionist so these experimental phases were a must for me to get a hold of a direct experience with certain diets, I am lacto-ovo vegetarian now 😉Amazing recipe @ladyzoya

Some tips:

  • You can add activated dry yeast in the Cashew cheese and get more of a punch in the taste, and more nutrition
  • You can use corn/tapioca/groats flour to make the dough more crunchy
  • Add lemon and soda bicarbonate to raise the dough fast prior to dehydration
