Quick question. How are you getting your B12? Eventually your reserves are going to run out. Which is bad.

All B12 comes from animals. There are no vegetable sources. In B12 dosed brewers yeast, the B12 is derived from animal products in their gut.

Another nutritional roadblock you're gonna have to hurdle: What will you do for saturated fat? Your brain and skin are made from that stuff.
