Been vegan well over a year, almost two now. After reading the Weston Price research, there is no denying that veganism is the least nutritious diet.
After eating:
- Hightened energy (intense)
- Immediately had much more strength and agility in the gym
- Less angry and hungry
- No stomach bloating
- Stomach started growling for more immediately.
Eating something so different is stimulating (both mentally and physically). Can you be sure that eating meat and feeling better is not your body pumping things in you to counteract what the meat just did to you? - something to think about in case you haven't :) - the best I've felt in my life is on 3 weeks of just raw fruit. I didn't have bloating - bloating's from bad combining or processed stuff with sodium in my experience
