I honestly can't believe the best waffle I've ever had was in Thailand! Seriously, my mind is blown! In the past, I've had so many waffles that were either soggy, too crispy, burnt, or not cooked enough! While eating at one of our favorite restaurants in Chiangmai called Vegan Heaven, I noticed on their menu that they served waffles for dessert. Without much thought, I went for this typical breakfast treat as an ending to a delicious meal.
I wish I knew their recipe because I'd make this waffle everyday at home. Luckily, I can hop on a scooter and order a perfectly made waffle (with a HUGE serving of coconut ice cream) for only $2.50. Incredible!!!
