VEGAN FLUFFY MUFFINS RECIPE

SATURDAY! time for recipe!
this muffins were incredible, i made them from yeast dough, and omg... delicious. so fluffy and not too sweet!
they're of course refined sugar FREE gluten FREE soy FREE and VEGAN!
everything what we need. plants. haha we can use them in so many different styles, right? f. egz. corn flour it's from plants too! or coconut oil is a plant! so come on, how you can say, that vegan or plant based diet is boring?! i heard somewhere, that we have something about 500 tousands types of plants in the whole world! so WHY? tell me, why humans are still eating meat? i think that no one know what is the answer. but please, if you're not a vegan yet, please, go vegan.

HERE YOU ARE THE RECIPE! for about 30 muffins
this is the recipe which i used:
1/2 cup of plant based milk
50 g fresh yeast
1/2 cup of soaked dates
1/2 cup of coconut oil
1 banana
2 and 1/2 cup of flour of your choice, i used corn flower
2 tsp of cinnamon
blackberries (as much as you want)
muffin cases

heat the milk, crush yeast and pour it into it. mix and leave for 10 minutes in the warm place to grow.

mash the banana with fork. blend it with the oil and dates. add milk with with yeast, flour and cinnamon. make the dough so that it does not stick. add more flour if it's needed. cover it and leave for 30 min to grow.

pour the dough into the muffin cases, to inside add blackberries, not too much, beacuse the muffins will not grow.

bake in 180'C for 10-15 minutes, to gold top.

decor them with more blackberries, cashews or walnuts!
