Yep, you can make most anything in a vegan form, and it will generally taste as good, if not better, and always be healthier. One of the unspoken illusions about flesh-based foods is that the meat is where the flavor comes from, when most of the flavor for those things comes from the spices, oils, vinegars, and veggies added to it.

Totally agree! and know that from experience being vegan for about a year! I can say now that truly the most delicious meals I have eaten were homemade vegan meals. Also have so much more fun cooking knowing all good things are entering my body :)
