Hello! How are ya? So I was recently craving some oatmeal raisin cookies, because they taste just like going to grandma’s house. (in the best way possible)
These are vegan, oil free, HCLF, gluten free and delicious!!!
You could also sub raisins for chocolate chips!
Ingredients:
350 g quick oats
1 cup brown sugar
6 tbps unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup plant milk (or water)
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup sultana raisins
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 fahrenheit. Blend quick oats into flour, while you mix wet ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix remaining ingredients into oat flour, then mix wet with dry.
Roll dough into balls, then place on a parchment lined baking sheet. The cookies won’t spread much so squish the balls into cookie shapes! Bake for 8-10 minutes! Voila!
These are honestly so good, I really hope you try them out.
