One of the delights of my job is building charcuterie platters for clients of the spa who don’t want to have the full immersive “dip and dine” package. The platters are served on slate plates and contain a variety of meats and cheeses or we also offer Vegetarian, a dessert platter or even

Today I had a special opportunity to showcase our new supply of vegan cheeses. Someone ordered our traditional Charc plate but was dairy intolerant so asked for vegan cheese. Now this batch of cheeses isn’t supposed to be available until the new menu change next week but I slipped some in.

To much acclaim. The selection of vegan cheese on our board has been quite frankly, boring before this. Our new offerings have really livened up the board. I can imagine we will see quite a few requests for this vegan cheese in the coming months.
