Great tips! thank you! I also checked out some of your earlier posts, and I love your approach to mindful eating. I support local and organic food, and am very conscious of what goes into my food. I'm always reading ingredients labels, lol! Tips like this will definitely come in handy :)

I definitely feel like food is one of the most important parts of our life to be mindful of. I'm moving towards creating a lot more kitchen-based content, as I want to start gathering the pictures & everything I need to launch a physical cookbook :-)
