This is a super tasty and fresh salad I made yesterday. It's even better if you put it in in the fridge for some time. Perfect for hot summer days!
I often improvise cooking and therefore, there's no indication of quantity. Here are the ingredients I used:
Ingredients
- lamb's lettuce
- baby spinach
- tomatoes
- mushrooms
- celery
- orange pulp
for the dressing:
- orange juice
- olive oil
- mustard
- salt
- pepper
Looks yummy, I thought the pink thing in the middle was lamb and I was like "wait, how is this vegan?!?" lol.
I want my focus back :D
