No judgement from me, I was once a meat eater myself! Getting that many veggies in is a win in my book! Love a good veggie stew. It is awesome to have some later to pull out of the freezer when you need a quick comforting meal, too! I appreciate the kind words and the interaction. Perhaps some day all of our upvotes will be worth a bit more. :)

Haha, I see what you did there. Perhaps some day we can work it out. We are a bit busy in the spring with all of our family birthdays so a lot of my free time is spoken for. Did you happen upon @paleotwist yet? She's another Georgia peach! :)
