Apparently the Aztecs ate a lot of it, so it must be pretty good, right? ;) I put some in a soup recently, but wasn't really excited about how that came out so I can definitely recommend toasting it like this for a better experience. I'll be looking forward to seeing how you use it! You know I'll share if I use it some other ways, too.

Hopefully I can find it here. It’s been much more difficult to find things, that I thought were common, here. I’ll keep my eye out though.
