Results of 1 month eating only FRUIT?

Hi. For those that know me, I eat a lot of fruit. I'm pretty into this. If you need assistance in your performance, daily focus, goal planning, etc. nothing will help you better than eating more fruits in your diet. Here I will share with you what YOU can expect will happen if you eat a diet of mostly ripe and fresh fruits. By mostly, I mean >75% fruit :) Ask me anything about this...enjoy!

For those that like to read, here are some of the results I had with my first month of eating fruit.

  • My sense of smell improved drastically.
  • A sudden, zero desire to drink coffee.
  • When going to the bathroom (#2) it doesn't smell as rancid as it usually does :)
  • Better control and management of negative emotions.
  • My urine was never dark or on the dark side. Neither was the urine super clear.
  • The sleep quality is ALWAYS good!
  • Staying up past 10pm didn't feel right :(
  • I care more about the people around me and everyone.
  • More inspired and motivated to help others remember they love to eat fruit.
  • Relatively more flexible limbs.
  • Became very aware of my own stages of digestion (and elimination).
  • After working out, I do not get muscle soreness. Or at least: I cannot notice the soreness with my exercise routine where I used to notice soreness with LESS exercise.
  • I no-longer woke up with mucousy, crusty things in my eyes!
  • Significantly less snot production.

I missed one of the points... what did I miss? :)

I think, everything what is coming from nature is well for our health. We have our hives with bees and always eat a lot of honey and it help make our health stronger
