Super awesome post. I have found the biggest challenge is feeling full all the time but I also feel more "in tune" with my body so I can tell when I'm running low and smash down a green smoothie.
I think more than anything it's just the right thing to do. We don't need to kill animals so why do it? A little bit of effort and it's a complete positive life changer.
