I was exploring a small town the other day, walking around looking at historical sites and hoping to come across a place to eat that had vegan food. And I did!
There was a super cute little health food store, they sold a variety of products and tried to support other local businesses and people as much as possible. The shop owner was super sweet and helpful, and her kids were with her helping out, which is always nice to see.
They made their own kombucha, energy balls and these refrigerated meals, so I bought one and found a bench outside to eat on.
It's a good time to be a vegan, and only getting better!
