Day 6:
Only fruits, water and fresh juices
fruit salad
1 banana๐
1 apple ๐
1 pear ๐
1 tangerine ๐
1 grapefruit
1 orange ๐
Thats a lot of citruses and makes the banana taste heavenly sweet ๐
After yesterdays moonday break, my ashtanga practice felt a little long. I asured myself, wow, 90 minutes, that is a lot of time, but after a while I got again into that meditative state, endurance was very good and sukasana, or as the non ashtangis know it, savasana, was very refreshing, had a couple of minutes of good doozing.
Miss my vegetables and looking forward to tomorrow.

Great! I myself from country of Yoga :). We also do 10 days long cleansing every year. It cleans not just body but our mind and soul as well. Altogether, we are much more improved persons after practicing it.
Love the culture there, and the food is so tasty, heavenly dal and roti๐
