Delicious Tempeh Peanut Thai "Wings"

I have never liked any tempeh that I tried until I went to Hot Momma's Wings in Eugene, Oregon. Who would have thought that I'd have to go to a wing place to find good tempeh! They are amazing! They were so good I started eating them before I could take a picture :p The best part is when you eat a bunch of tempeh wings you don't even get the awful feeling you would eating the same amount of chicken wings (or so @CurtisColwell tells me). I'm going to try to put together a recipe for these wings so keep an eye out for them on my blog! And if you're in Eugene be sure to check them out :)
