I hear ya, whenever I find vegan bloggers I follow and support. Another good one is @wisekricket, following that one already :-)
For me, I follow because I want to find good options for what to eat that's not boring, like a "regular" salad. And as a "struggling meat eater", I NEEED ideas. So keep them coming!
