Monotheistic Religions also help cement these ideas sadly - Sometimes I wish we were invaded by aliens who would force this shit to stop- but then they might see us as food while not exactly what I would enjoy living through it would be something humanity deserves at this point. in the past 40 years we have killed of 60% of other species on this planet it's insane.
