I thought today that why do people get fat. I know fat vegans, vegetarians, and meat eaters, and their weight gain and lose varies depending on how much water intake they get, how much exercise they get, how clean their life is, how stressed they are, etc. Yes, there are many things that influence weight but no one seems to put all of this together and create a real
diet that can fit for all people. I feel that now it is time to create a great diet that will be long lasting and true as well as different from today's thinking. Just one type of diet does not work because all people are different from one another. I think a ratio of fruit, water, veggies, and meat alternatives could work. Some in the vegan community feel they either need to go extreme in one direction or another with their diet and who they follow, i feel it should depend on the person and not a group when it comes to diet, and listening to facts over the Gurus should be the most important. This is something I want to develop and would like to have help with it. If anyone has any ideas please comment on this texts.
