Homemade Oat Milk is a creamy and inexpensive dairy-free milk alternative that delicious. I love to use it in overnight oats, smoothies, and even as a coffee creamer. Oats are high in fiber, iron, and protein. This recipe is also great for those who are gluten-free.

Ingredients:
Oats | 1 Cup, Rolled or Steel
Water | 3 Cups (Plus some for soaking)
Organic Maple Syrup | 2 Tablespoons
Sea Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon
Instructions:
- Soak Oats for at least 12 hours. Drain and rinse the soaked oats off with cold water.
- Place soaked oats in a blender with 3 cups of water, maple syrup, and sea salt. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
- Strain the oat milk through cheesecloth or nut bag. Squeeze all of the excess liquid out.
- Store in fridge for 3-5 days. Shake well before enjoying.
