Your skin is like your body's alarm system. When you have breakouts, be thankful that it's working correctly.
This means it's a good time to assess your diet (the physical one AND the mental one) and find out why & what is causing this sort of release in the body.
Returning to nature, meaning consuming only plants and earth-grown foods, will almost always do the trick.
