Once I eat the sweet, juicy watermelon, I save the rind and juice it up.
Unlike the red fruit, the rind contains citrulline. Citrulline is an amino acid which dilates blood vessels and thus improves blood circulation. Since citrulline is converted into L-arginine in the body, it often acts as a performance enhancing nutrient & even fights impotence 👀🙌🏽
Drink this juice for digestion, skin health, energy, weight loss & hydration on a cellular level 👏🏽
This is a picture of watermelon rind juice with ginger. It's so good. Hydrating with a the hint of watermelon sweetness.
Try it out! Enjoy!
Thanks for reading! Much love to all of you.

I've been wanting to juice veggies and fruit together for a while now and just haven't done it. Mostly because of how expensive fruit can be.
I recently saw a video from The Vegan Zombie on youtube about getting frozen fruit from the dollar tree. I plan on checking out my local dollar tree sometime soon just to see what vegan things I can find.
Thank you @velaychap for posting this, it looks really tasty! I've never eaten the rind of a watermelon, what type of flavor does it add to the drink?
I've heard a lot about the health benefits of the rind lately. Unfortunately I don't have a juicer at hand to try it and my blender is way too weak for the hard rind 🙈 Does it taste bitter at all?
I hope some of my favorite organic juice cafes will soon keep up with the trend and offer some watermelon rind juices 😊 Adding ingwer is a brilliant idea, by the way!
