This is more raw-foodist than fruitarian. That onion and cilantro don't wanna get chop. I'm doing a 7 days fruitarian challenge. Take a look my lunch video. Both him and me got same Dtube uploading problems. Don't know how to fix it. Thanks for the recommendation. I'm on my day 4 and loving this process. I never eat this much fruit my entire life. I can feel my micrboes are growing strong and big for the first time. Do you know if there is easy way to detect, or measure the health level of our microbes? That could become popular in next 10 years.
Maybe it is just the sulphur that makes onions and garlic good but gladiators used to eat lots of onions so there must be something good to them. They also ate barley instead of wheat.
Onion was the bitcoins during their time. You can eat it and can store for a long time. How rich you are determine by how many onions you have :) Government pay you by onion and tax you with onion.
Onions and garlic supposedly do have some medicinal properties. Onions are pretty amazing. I do love how they store "forever" and you can eat the whole entire plant. I love onion greens. They go real well in chicken noodle soup.
