Question: Zika virus and veganism

in #veganism8 years ago

Are there already any statements of vegan associations on how to treat the problem of the Zika virus in a vegan-friendly way? Recently I read that in South Carolina millions of bees died after the spraying of an insecticide that kills mosquitoes. So this was probably not the best solution.

i could list dozens of scientists and hundreds of published pier reviewed scientific papers but, i and others have refuted the need for this spraying every time it appears. here is a start: https://steemit.com/zika/@farmwars/the-glyphosate-zika-connection#@farmwars/re-lifeworship-re-farmwars-the-glyphosate-zika-connection-20160829t073429229z I would pay particular attention to the names Anthony Samsel and Stephanie Seneff. further information can be found by searching for Don Huber, Thierry Vrain, Nancy Swanson, and many of their colleagues. even some of the pesticides being sprayed are more likely to cause the problems being blamed on zika. look up organophosphates and birth defects.

Thanks for your reply, but it doesn't seem to be an answer to my question.

the answer was spraying at all is not necessary. it is dangerous to all life. the spraying is likely what is causing the human neurological effects on humans, that is being blamed on zika, and is definitely causing the deaths of bees, mosquitoes, and everything else that has been ignored in this entire discussion, flies, frogs, mice et cetera. i am sure many things are not immune to the spraying of poison for a purpose that is a lie. i am sorry i did not make that clear. i thought it was not too stealthily implied.

I was asking for an alternative to spraying.
