I missed all of my comments on this post somehow so I am just seeing this now- shameless or not, I love a little spousy promotion- I'll save it to watch :)

I completely agree with you, I really think we should start from what we are putting into our bodies and work from there! It's been incredibly life changing for me! <3 Looking forward to seeing his video :)
