Ingredient
Cottage cheese - 1cup
Capsicum - 1cup
Tomato - 1cup
Onion -1cup
Chopped ginger-1/4tsp
Chopped garlic-1/4tsp
Mustard seeds-1/2tsp
Coriander powder-1tsp
Salt-1/2tsp
Sugar-1/2tsp
Soya sauce- 1/2tsp
Oil -2tsp
Puffed rice-4cups
Method:
Heat oil in non-stick pan.
Add mustard seeds.
Add onion & garlic after cracking mustard seeds.
Sauté for 2min.
Add capsicum & tomato.
Add salt & coriander powder.
Cover lid for 5min in low flame.
Add sugar,ginger,cottage-cheese,soya sauce.
Saute properly & cover for 2min.
Let it cool.
Mix puffed rice and serve immediately.
