1.올리브유 두른 팬에 양파를 넣고 소금약간,후추약간 넣고 살짝 복아준다.
- Put olive oil onion in a pan, add a little salt, pepper and dip a little.
2.볶은 양파를 팬에 골고루 펴주고 묽게 반죽한 부침가루 반죽을 양파에 바르듯 얇게 부어준다. - Spread the roasted onion evenly over the pan and pour thinly doughy dough into the onion.
3.뚜껑을 덮고 약한 불로 3~5분가량 익혀준다. - Cover the lid and cook for 3-5 minutes with low heat.
4.모짜렐라 치즈를 올려준다. - Place the mozzarella cheese on top. 5. Fold in half, cover and cover for 3-5 more minutes.
5.반으로 접어준 다음 뚜껑을 덮고 3~5분 더 익혀준다
접시에 담아 생 야채를 올리고 토마토 소스와 마요네즈 소스로 마무리한다.
Place the raw vegetables in a plate and finish with tomato sauce and mayonnaise sauce.
완성!! 보통 한국 사람들은 전을 먹을 때 한국 전통주 막걸리를 마신다.
