At my gym we hold several challenges a year where we inspire others to make better lifestyle choices.
Part of the challenge is being accountable for the food we eat and each day we take photos of our food for team points.
Each meal had to be HOME MADE to qualify.
The great thing about doing things like this is the gamification aspect which does entice us to be more mindful and motivates us to do better.
It was fun taking photos of each meal and I think everyone did each a lot better than normal.
I made everything from dahl, home made pizza, lentil pasta, teff pancakes and more.
Being a vegetarian I have been trialling things like Quorn and some other protein based alternatives.
Would love to hear what others use.
Maybe these photos will inspire you to make some better cooking and home made decisions too.

P.s - If interested in giving this a go even if you don't have a gym that does this type of thing like ours, maybe team up with some friends and allocate 100 points for each main meal per day plus 100 points per workout.
8 weeks and most points wins.
No photo, never happened so photos are a must for points.
home made delicious stuff that's pretty cool ... and what's the update on the gym how is it going ?
Gym is going well. 5th year celebrated. New customised technology applications and now working on new app with crypto integration. Opening 2 more centres next year. Exciting and busy times ahead.
