Here, I've posted some old favourites of mine. Meet Joy, the old retired safari camp Landy from northern Kenya, now my old foe for the last six years. Prior to that British MOD. Pretty cool.
She's a flat four diesel (no turbo) putter. In my eyes, the less the better. There's no vehicle out there that evokes the safari spirit like the Land Rover. Its a match made in heaven.
But like all things in life, heart and reason clash. My heart says Landy, my head says Land Cruiser. How many times is that bloody fuel injector going to leave me in the bush?! Why do I accept this disloyalty??? ....It's unconditional love. Thats why.
