My name is Jose Renaldo I live in Venezuela in the city of Valencia, I decided to write this post to reflect my opinion of all the events that my country is experiencing today, I believe that everyone can have a very radical criticism as I think Is mine, maybe criticized me for what I am going to write or maybe not read me, in one way or another try to express my idea as clear as possible to understand the totality.
Venezuela is a country where people get used extremely fast to any change that may occur, there may be demonstrations, locks, government decisions that are crazy, extreme violence in the streets, inflation and stop counting, incredible to believe but happens and The next day people leave their homes as if nothing, continues in their plans "there is pal fin", "beers on Monday and the one who drinks on Monday drinks all week", a trip to the beach, a way out, A farándula.
The roots of the Caribbean is that they are happy and that they like the holidays, that is in our blood, but I think that it is necessary to generate a conscience after all these events, that it says to you "hey stops being unconscious by the life and does the duty Being, right, for a memento and thinking "and I think that" conscience "is not being generated and if it does, it is going to be a very, very slow step.
I do not say that you stop enjoying it completely, but you can not want a "change" without putting each one a grain of sand, change that in my personal opinion (and here is where I point out the radical) does not want most Venezuelans, because we did not want to be like this, or at least not so bad.
Some will say that the government is to blame for everything, if it is true but historically and recent events in the world indicate that any tyranny, however large, is coming to an end, and the masses are what make it possible, the The government of our country will be able to make the decisions that it wants, but if most of the people come together and say, "Here you are," but with a conviction that makes any ruler of his power doubtful, I would not be writing this.
A time ago a famous comedian from our country residing in Miami, recommended a documentary of what happened a few years ago in Ukraine, the documentary is called "Winter on Fire" if you have the opportunity to see it, see it without thinking twice and believe me Would understand a little more, in the report narrates the events occurred between the years 2013 and 2014, the 95 days of protest that lived the Ukrainians and the achievement of goal that was the departure of its president and the signing of the agreement of the European Union.
In November of 2013 after rejecting the agreement of the European Union the Ukrainians go out to demand that they fulfill what they promised, everything is gathered in the main square in contempt with his government, lasting 95 days in the square, lived in the square , Did not return home at night or go to breakfast, 24 hours of the 95 days were there, the last day after a statement by their opposition leader that they had reached a supposed dialogue and the elections were to be late Of the year, an enraged protester mounts on the main stage he snatches the microphone to the director and says "we do not want elections, we do not want dialogue, we want the president to resign and we want him to resign tomorrow if at 10 o'clock there is no resignation An armed offensive, "this caused the president to flee immediately to Russia, to give the elections and subsequently to sign the agreement.
What I want to imply with this recommendation to see the documentary is that if the Ukrainians could achieve their goal we too but with that decision they had and I believe that the decisions of our opposition leaders are very similar to the leaders who were In Ukraine, nobody knows if the opposition leaders and officials have agreements, no one can say the opposite of whether there are political prisoners, I do not criticize or despise people who every day go out to lock the streets and protest, but that even if it sounds Hard and crude is not going to be the president to resign, and why I say because we are 3 days of elections of a constituent that supposedly disgusted everyone and you travel the cities of Valencia and Maracay do not know the other and It's as if nothing normal had happened.
So the change is wanted ?, I think not, I think that individuals individually seek their welfare, but collectively there is no such feeling, there is no such struggle of all united, leaders say "let's go to the street" but go to The street in this way reaches a point that people say I can not anymore because if I continue to starve because nobody is going to solve things to that person who leaves his daily chores and comes out with that hope that many people have.
The government will not change, by more international pressure that is not going to stop, if the United States stops buying oil, find a way to sell it to Russia for example, in the end they would remain in power, and the country deteriorating more.
In conclusion I think that my country will change when people change and really want a change but not a few if not all or at least most, many people are looking for ways to leave (I even read that Steemit has managed to get them out Of the country) but it becomes more and more difficult with the number of obstacles that have us tied.
This is my personal opinion what I consider is happening, any comments or criticism do not hesitate to put it, I do not expect upvotes but I hope that if it can be read by several people.
