I do not know who is responsible for the situation, but really sad to see and read where Venezuela is running today.
Venezuela, a country with one of the largest reserves of oil in the world, due to misunderstandings, misinterpretation, internal leadership problem and not every time positive external influences, is practically a collapsed state, with really big problems in food delivery, with enormous difficulties with basic healthcare and actually also issues of lack of authority or at least lack of trust in the authority.
I do hope that Venezuela will find soon its way and that the future will not be as a dictatorship, but the last news are really far away from the right path, which should be a national reunion and peaceful and democratic transition to a multi party system in which everybody will share some of the responsibility in leading this beautiful country to a more calm future. There are too many deaths and who is in charge should find a better and more diplomatic way to lead Venezuela.
So please President Maduro, if you are not willing to listen to the Pope, if you are not prepared to deal with the international pressure, please, just listen to your people, they are dying for Venezuela. It is not important which fraction someone is, just put Venezuela in first line and stop this absurd.
