Tomorrow is the beginning of the last season of Game of thrones and I have never felt so frustrated, not only because it is the end of this great series, but most likely I can not see it ... If so, I happen to live in Venezuela and I am more than certain that at that time several things could happen:
Chronicles of a frustrated season:
1. Within the multiple scenarios is the one that I believe will be the one to happen, there will be no electric service. Venezuela is going through an electrical crisis incomparable with another, practically now we live in the time where Game Of Thrones is set, we never have light, it can take days, hours and even weeks until the electric power is restored so remember the chapters in those that the castles of Winterfell are illuminated by lights of candles, candelabra and bonfires, basically living in Venezuela can feel like a quite suitable setting of this epic series.
2. Everything will appear to be normal with light when suddenly in the most exciting scene the light goes out. Frustration would not be the right word to describe if this happens, it would be like every time Jorah tries to talk to Danny and it ends up ignoring him or worse, I think the city would end like when Cersei destroyed the Septo because he would have such a big rage with this situation that would cause chaos to burn. (Ok no, but almost).
3. Everything will work less HBO because this happens in Venezuela, the signals fall, although well this is satellite but at this point I feel that everything can happen. Whatever the scenario, I think I will not be able to enjoy this premiere and hope to see it all at the end, eating lots of spoilers, all thanks to the government of Venezuela, good government, I hate you Maduro.
These are my three scenarios to the catastrophe of what is to see Game Of Thrones in Venezuela, from today I ask that someone who has power plant adopt me (kidding), seeing it from a very critical and crude angle, Venezuela is very similar to the reality of this series, without mitigating its cruelty. Venezuela could release its own series for HBO and it would be as cruel, bloody and dramatic as Game Of Thrones. We are going to make a small summary so that they understand me:
- The freedom of Venezuela is being fought, and the office of presidency, there is an illegitimate president who occupies the throne, I say the presidency, there is one that fights against all evil (Guaido) and is creating alliances with countries to fight against Maduro , In Venezuela the people flee from communism, good in GOT it escapes from the walkers but it is basically the same, we live without light, without water and without basic services, there are no dragons but armed forces, some of the good side and others of the side bad, every march is the union and strength of the movement Guaido as when Danny began to free slaves and peoples, we crossed trails, rivers, roads all to survive, HBO What are you waiting to take out GAME OF THRONES VENEZUELA? There is a lot of material.
Leaving behind the joke aside, the truth is that if we are experiencing a very epic, definitive and difficult moment of struggle, we are trying to reach our freedom again, Venezuela is a country that gave the world to characters like Simón Bolívar, a strategist that freed us from Spanish slavery, and I do not think that he is very happy to see us subjugated by Cubans, Russians and Chinese, I believe that Venezuela does have what to do, but we must unite in strategy and get all the alliances to get out of this crisis , of course I am clear that we can not alone, they are just ideas, civilians and innocent people against weapons, war and power. I hope that the outcome of Venezuela is much better than that of GOT. Happy day for everyone!
