Those are just words, prove it, have him make a comment in flickr saying what you are saying in response to that pic, if not, according to your logic, I can grab any pic, say that is my friend and that I used his camera.
Things as they stand it would strongly seem you are plagiarizing his photograph.

And BTW, it would also seem you edited the pic to avoid reverse search detection, but SteemCleaners caught you anyway.
