I tried to get this done yesterday, as per normal, but Microsoft Word wouldn’t open for me. Even after I made sure everything was up to date and rebooted my system, so I decided to walk away for a bit and try again today. At least it opened this morning, that’s a good sign, I think. LOL! 😊
Is it just me? I think this looks like someone painted the Pigeons into this picture that I snapped the other day of them in motion and the trees behind them, let me know what you think in a comment if you have a moment. 😊

I had a nice visit with several Chickadees this week, these two stayed for about five minutes alternating between sitting up on the feeder chatting back and forth between themselves and I and ducking down to the feeders below. They are so sweet sounding and fun to interact with. I’m really looking forward to when they’re ready to start landing on my hand for a snack, that will be very cool, to me. 😊

This is something I haven’t purchased in decades. I bought the smaller bottle on the right, thinking it would be enough, but had to return for the second to finish my first attempt at making my very own bottles of vanilla extract. 😊

The Crows/Ravens (I can’t tell which are which (top left of picture)) are starting to hang out closer to the house now that they’ve made peace with my handsome husband (though I never seem to catch more than one of the six of them in any close-up pictures) and now they even stay nearby when we come outside to visit. 😊

It will last me forever, but I'm going to share it with our children and their families, if they want any, and maybe give some as gifts; as long as it turns out that is, of course. Hmm, I wonder if I can make them into little ice cubes of the usual quantities we use in recipes and just thaw as needed...I'll have to look that up as we're new to making extracts. 😊
I'm always happy to share with friends and neighbours and if you lived nearby I'd drop some off with you once it tasted like vanilla too! 😊

So sorry @hive-131578, that you haven't gotten your HBD yet, I still can't get my wallet and the Hive Keychain to recognize each other and have no idea why.
