My Corn Chaff👇

I made this today from the corn starch I used for pap, I enjoy this whenever I make pap.
I thought of sharing today so you too can try out.

Ingredients 👇
Yellow corn
Guinea corn
Millet. Note: You can use only corn or any two & it is still perfect.

Make sure to properly select your corn and soak in clean water after grinding and sieving your corn take the quantity of chaff you need for a meal, put your water to boil, pour in a bowl and stir the chaff if not firm as you desire add little garri as your thickener and your perfect swallow is ready.

Step 2 put your water to boil in a pot keep adding the chaff , stir until you get a desired consistency. Add a little water allow for a minute stir and your swallow is ready. Use garri to thicken to perfection.

The remaining chaff keep refrigerated if you've got constant light and consume soonest or sun dry and store but don't keep for long.
