it routinely violates the constitution of the united states.
in this case the 2nd amendment..
someone managed to get ahold of the permitting records for LA and it turns out that only like 300 people in the whole city, almost all white guys, have carry permits. What's funny is that every southern state recognized a while ago that "may issue" permitting standards can really only be used for racial discrimination and got rid of them but blue states still retain these Jim Crow era laws.
how many of those 300 were government officials?
