Absolutely crazy this guy. He had really luck.
Yeah, this whole thing was an A**hole move. Poor guy in the minivan has to deal with his mistake now. He could have easily enough gone a couple blocks and dipped into a strip mall somewhere and hid out back until the coast was clear.
