Make Content Sustainably | Block Filming | DTube Exclusive

in #video6 years ago (edited)

In this video I give you some tips about how to create content for Steemit and DTube more efficiently. If you, like me, would like to make your living off of DTube then this video is for you. The specific tip I'm talking about today is "Block Filming" This is where you film a lot of videos at once while you're all set up to film, and then edit and upload them as you find the time. This can be a huge time-saver if you spend a lot of time charging batteries, clearing memory cards, and setting up audio and lighting equipment. It can also help you make the most of a quiet recording space if you sometimes have problems with a lot of background noise.

Thank you for watching, thanks for your support, and I'll see you soon!

Very good advice and now I just need to implement it .
I identified with a lot of your points, I have tried doing a couple of posts in a day and my first thought was that I am wearing the same shirt lol. I have the noise / distraction issue in my house too which limits things to an extent. The point you made about mindset was good , I sort of need to get in the zone to film and if I am busy taking care of other stuff that can affect things.

This has given me some clarity on what has been rattling round in my head for a bit now. Awesome thanks Man

Thanks for the tips. You have really nice equipments, and your video looks professional.

I would like to get into vlogging but I just have my smartphone at the moment. I'm also still learning to edit. I'm a real newbie in this so it's nice to see an expert's perspective.

Looking forward to your block of vids. Been missing you buddy. Hope thing are going well for you. I struggle with the balance as well.

Thanks man! I'm glad to be back!

Great video can't wait to see you no more I just sub to your channel

Yeah this is a great method. I do this with a lot of my videos especially the cooking ones. Film them all dame day. I dont care if i have the same shirt lol 😀

Haha, yeah. That's how I feel! Most people wont even notice and the few that do won't care... ;) Thanks for watching!

That's a great suggestion @jeffmcmullen. We will definitely try that very soon.

Years preach. Awesome advice man :) something I knew already but it is always good to have this reminders from time to time :)

excelente video amigo es importante conocer realmente los parametros de exigencia de steemit para crear contenido de buena calidad..

Jeff, your videos are on point. I like the lighting and the music in the background. I'm going to have to start adding some to my videos. Normally what I do is shoot my videos all at once, but then each night I will edit one, then publish in the morning. I do this pretty much every day, but i think I'm going to just edit them all at once. The thing that takes me longer for my posts is that I write out the entire video in text so that people can also read the post if they can't watch the video. Going to find my flow here soon as I am creating a lot like you are and trying to be as efficient as possible. Great series you have here, looking forward to more.

If only I was smart enough to block film haha

Great video can't wait to see you no more

Thanks a lot for this advice ! This needs a bit more work to collect and script the ideas before recording but yeah. Nice idea for a more efficient workflow. I will think about that. Thanks
