In this video I share some clips of some macro videos I've been shooting with my Sony a7sii. I really love macro photography and videography because you can find hundreds or even thousands of new, Interesting, subjects to capture in just a small corner of your yard. I never get tired of exploring with a macro set-up on my camera. Everything just looks so interesting up close!
I hope you enjoyed this video as much as I did. Thank you for watching!

Dude, the bee was absolutely phenomenal. Amazing job.
Thanks man! I got like 10 minutes of "BEE ROLL" but I thought I'd keep this short and sweet.
Bwhahaha BEE ROLL....nice.
Hahaha! ;D
That was mesmerizing. What lens was that on? Sony a7siii was on my wish list but I might stick with the micro 4/3 and get the new black magic pocket cinema camera when it comes out.
Thanks Tim! This was reverse-mounted 50mm f1.7 vintage lens on an extension tube. And Idk man, I think you'd really like the Sony ;) Its nice to be able to get really wide shots and that that shallow depth of field on a full frame. Im drooling over the a7iii. But I'd have to part with my a7sii :/
Damn that got close! Cool footage. You should play around with short film with that lens
Ive been thinking about it, tiny little landscapes. Just need a story...
Stunning footage mate!
Yeah, I had that Macro-Micro conversation with myself many years ago haha.
Thanks Ade! Haha yeah it's a little confusing how they worded it. "Microscope" throws you off even more.
That is some really great quality! It looks like a movie. Thumbs up!
Thanks Joshua! Glad you liked it!
