Sounds almost like the cries of a whale, but incredibly amplified. So could the earthquakes have disturbed some sleeping giant whale species we have not seen yet? Maybe there was a species of marine life trapped under some deep underwater caverns at the bottom of the ocean and have just been release into the greater ocean. Ooooor, perhaps they are noises from an alien if that's where your first thought wants to go.
So many possibilities. The Coast Guard, or Navy should be out there trying to figure out what the hell this is.
