Produced, Edited & Directed | Honesty
I recently wrapped up working with Minneapolis Hip-Hop artist Bona Phide. This is the second video I've been brought in to work on and feel like it's definitely my best work to date paired with a powerful message touching on social issues.
Originally we were on schedule to release a different video titled "I Want You to Know". Production started back in early March of this year, but there were complications and the shots we were getting were not looking as good as we were hoping for, so we canned the video and started over with a different track.
I remembered a few days earlier Bona Phide had played me a different track he just finished mixing at his Minneapolis-based studio and I knew that was one we should be working on. When we realized we had to switch directions, we began production on this video. The video was shot in 3 days, edited in 2 and released early this morning.
Things could not have gone any better and surpassed our expectations. I would love to hear your thoughts on the video and what got from watching it.

I'm not too familiar with the general music and rap scenes, but I do like the flow and his message. More people need to hear rap from this sort of angle, without the bling bling bitches, money and hate. Loving the videography too, very genuine and real, keep it up!!!
Thank you kuenok. I'm fortunate enough to be working with an artist who's old school, who's not doing it for the money and selling out, but instead, wants to be a positive role model in his community. We are hoping this takes off so we can continue to bring more content like this.

Thanks Eric, I've been working with Bona Phide for a few years now. The plan is to get him more recognition with this video and possibly on steemit it as well.
He would do really well on Steemit! We could connect him up with some other similar artists and producers too.
