Definitely! Steemit is the best place to connect with like-minded people from all over the world. It so happened to me online (with Drew) and also in real life (when I met some steemians in the US a couple of weeks ago). It's really an excellent platform to find synergies and establish social bonds that overcome and time and geographical borders.
