Despite what anyone might tell you, there is SO much to see in Guadalajara (GDL)! Before taking this tour, we had only explored on foot and thought it would be nice to take a proper tour around the city. The GDL metropolis is much too large to explore solely via Uber and, well...our walking shoes were complaining a bit at this point.
We paid $150 pesos each ($8.26) and borded this huge double-decker Tapatío Tour bus. It would take us to see sights of Guadalajara, Tonalá, Tlaquepaque, and Zapopan.
This tour company had busses stopping at each city about once per hour which allowed us to spend as much (or as little) time in each place as we wanted. It was incredibly hard to ration our time in each location. Each spot felt like it had such a grand story to tell, though we were afraid that the next town might not get a sufficient share of our day.
Hopefully, we captured the essence of each of these delightful places. We think you'll enjoy this video but we're always trying to improve, so let us know if you have any suggestions!

Nice to see the video that goes along with the pictures in your previous post. I love that you provided all the prices. It'll surely help when planning a tour around those cities. If there's anything I'd add it would be that I would have liked you to linger on a few more landmarks and maybe label them so that we can earmark places of interest if we also get to visit. Other than that, it was an awesome video!

Been waiting for this for a while. Thank you for coming through with it. well done guys. You sure had fun. Those are really beautiful places. Peas and Pork grind, same spelling, different pronunciation. hahaha, we get that a lot here too, i mean having the same name with different pronunciation. I am sure it was totally worth it. Laska couldn't go, but the relief was on her face having you both back.
I can't believe we've never asked this before... what languages do you speak? Here we are struggling to learn Spanish and we imagine you speak at least two. And very well at that!
If she was better behaved, perhaps she could go on adventures with us more often. Such a crazy dog sometimes! Lol. Do you have a pet?
Hahahaha. I can imagine the extra work Laska would make you guys do, if she comes along. I have two dogs too. They have three little puppies, making 5. I really love dogs. I named them; Roger, Snowball, Rex, Major, and Smallie hahahaha.
Your Spanish is definitely way better. At least people understand if you speak to them with it. Nigeria is a multi-lingual country. We have too many languages: Yoruba, Hausa, Igbo, Nupe, etc, but the recoognized ones are the first three. i am try to learn hausa these days. Yoruba is the language for the westerners, the northerners speak the Hausa, and the Easterns plus some Southerners speak Igbo. I speak English and Yoruba fluently. I want to learn French too. I only know few basics but not the real joining together. Hahahaha.
